Hi There!

I'm Charlie. Over the last 10 years, I've had the distinct honor of baking at some of New York City's most renowned bakeries. From Italian pastries at Veniero's in the east village to cupcakes at Molly's Cupcakes in the West Village, I've been fortunate enough to work under some of the best baker's this country has to offer. Now, I'm taking everything I've learned and applying it to what I love most, PIES! I am so excited to share with you my unique, always hand made, delicious pies! Thanks for stopping by!

All for Dog Rescue!! This time I’ll be sandwiched between my two best friends; @meatmustache, who will be showing off her amazing artwork, and my dog, who will likely be begging you for love.

All Proceeds will be made in donation to: Fearless Beauty; a non-profit organization that provides young women vocational education and mentorship to earn a sustainable livelihood.
