I'm Charlie. I take joy in using fresh ingredients with meaningful expression. Baking is an artistic experience. There are quiet interactions between earth and instinct, and creativity and desire.

Over the past 10 years I've had the honor of working at some of NYC's finest bakeries. From Italian Pastries at Veniero's in the East Village to Molly's in the West Village, I've been fortunate enough to learn from revered bakers of all different styles and technique.

Over the years, I’ve been that friend that brought dessert to the dinner party, pie to the barbecue and, of course, the birthday cake. Naturally, my friends and family dubbed “Charlie Pie”. The rest is history.

It is my passion to challenge myself, further develop my craft, and make human connections along the way. I hope you’ll join me in feeding our cravings.
